What can I do on Cribs?
Get an instant property estimate, download a report with supporting sales data, then ask Cribs Advisor about the results. You can also ask general property questions in Advisor.
Is it free, and do I need an account?
The estimate and report are free. You do not need to create a password. Downloading the report requires your name, mobile verification and answers about your property plans. General Advisor chat allows five questions per visitor; refreshing does not reset the allowance.
How do I download my report?
Enter your property details and get an estimate. Choose “Get my free report”, complete the form and verify your mobile number. Choose “View my report” to open it, then “Save PDF” inside the report to save a copy. Choose “Ask Cribs Advisor” to open the connected chat.
Why do I need to verify my mobile number?
Verification confirms that you can receive a code at the number you provided. Enter the code in the download form. If it does not arrive, check your number and use “Resend code” when available. Verification does not sign you up for marketing.
How should I use the estimate and range?
Treat them as a starting point based on the available transaction data. Check the area and property details carefully. The eventual sale price may fall outside the range. Unusual sizes, limited evidence and differences between homes may need Alan’s review. This is not a formal valuation for lending or regulatory purposes.
What can I ask Cribs Advisor?
Ask how the estimate was formed, which sales are useful comparisons, or what to consider next. A report-connected chat uses your report and submitted details. General chat starts without your property context. AI answers can be mistaken; check important decisions with a qualified professional.
Can I correct my property details?
Yes. Use “Edit details” in Advisor to return to valuation and create an updated report. The existing report and conversation keep their original property details.
Is my report conversation private?
Opening the plain Advisor page starts a fresh general chat. Your report’s private Advisor link restores its conversation while valid. Anyone with that link can access the connected information, so keep it private. See our Privacy Policy for how reports and chats are processed.
Will Alan contact me, and how does WhatsApp work?
You choose whether Alan contacts you about your property plans. In a report chat, “Chat with Alan on your report” prepares your details, a summary and a private conversation link in WhatsApp. Review the message and tap Send to share it. Downloading a report does not sign you up for marketing.
Can Alan help me plan an upgrade?
Alan can help work through your sale proceeds, loan balance, CPF refund and plans for your next home. The website provides an estimate and report; it does not calculate a personalised purchase budget.
What happened to the Cribs app?
The original Cribs app has been retired. Its property data now powers this website’s home value estimates and Cribs Advisor. You can get an estimate, download your report and ask questions about it here—without installing an app.
