How do I ask about my own home?
Start with an estimate, verify your mobile number and download the report. Choose “Ask about my report” to open a chat connected to your report and the property plans you submitted.
Can I ask general property questions?
Yes. General chat starts without a connected report and offers five questions per visitor. Ask what to consider before selling, how to compare transactions or how an automated estimate works. Refreshing the page does not reset the allowance.
What information does Advisor use?
Report-connected chats use your report and submitted details. Advisor can look up relevant property records through permitted Cribs tools when needed. General explanations may not need a lookup. Data can be incomplete and AI can make mistakes.
What if I want a human opinion?
Choose “Chat with Alan on your report” to prepare a WhatsApp message with your details, a summary and a private conversation link. Review the message and tap Send to share it with Alan.
Is my conversation public?
Report conversations are not published as public pages. Your private Advisor link restores the connected conversation while valid, and anyone with the link may be able to open it. Keep it private. Read our Privacy Policy for how reports and chats are processed.
What are the limitations?
